  • Gather, Reflect & Connect

    FIRST SUNDAY EVERY MONTH

    £49 per person

    Focus: Equine Connection
    Instructors: Elly & Gemma
    Location: Rose Room & Garden
    Suitable for Women 18+

Horses are deeply intuitive animals, capable of sensing our thoughts and emotions. Through their presence, they encourage us to embrace our authentic selves, fostering mindfulness and a deeper connection to nature.

Each workshop begins with relaxation and meditation techniques, allowing you to attune yourself to the horses and the natural world. You may choose to set personal intentions or simply let the experience unfold. Within the horses’ non-judgmental space, you’ll find an opportunity for solace, self-discovery, and well-being.

Each session explores a specific theme, inspired by the wisdom of horses:

One Step at a Time – Embracing patience and steady progress
Boundaries – Understanding and asserting personal space
Intuition – Trusting your inner voice
Teamwork – Cultivating connection and collaboration

By immersing yourself in each theme, you’ll gain insights and practical tools to apply in everyday life. Join Elly and Gemma on this transformative journey and experience the profound lessons horses have to offer.
