Team building away days
We create agendas that allow people to get together, re-connect and share their values and hopes for their workplaces. We’ve found this especially effective since covid – where many teams are still yet to all meet in person.

Strategy or briefing sessions
Equally, if your agency or brand team needs to hold an inspiration session, or if your leadership team needs time out to breathe and take big decisions – we know that nature has an amazing power to help us think with clarity.

Rural retreats
Sometimes what’s needed is a change of scene… perhaps some country pursuits? An amazing dinner either al fresco or more formally? Time away from the office to rest and recharge batteries?
We have 550 acres of space here and this allows us to tailor an event or a day exactly to your requirements.
From poetry or art sessions on the South Downs, to clay pigeon shooting, to team-building challenges, to strategy sessions….
From black-tie dinners to outdoor feasts, from foraging to cocktail-making…

An example of what we do best
We like the challenge of helping you deliver more or less whatever you’d like to – but here’s a recent example of a day out we put together for a team of 15, which shows our main strengths:

A welcome coffee at our campsite and an introduction to the day

Foraging / discovery walk and talk.
A ride onto the South Downs followed by a hike and learning about the wildlife, flora and fauna etc we’re blessed with. During this the team were challenged to think about their own work (and life) values.

Family-style on the terrace at one of our properties on site.
A delicious, healthy lunch in an informal and easy-going environment.

A session around the lunch table, facilitated by us. This team shared very honest views on their strategy going forward, what they wanted the company to be, and personal values etc.

Gardening, beekeeping demonstration and beehive-making. The team decided to plan, design and execute a garden space of their own, which will remain on site for them to visit whenever they like.

Held at Woodfire – a very special outdoor grill experience with our camping partners onsite.
